Verify both broker-side residence eligibility and Moroccan exchange-control eligibility; a broker accepting Morocco does not itself authorise an outbound investment transfer.
Under the Office des Changes 2026 framework, the expressly described foreign-investment operations for resident individuals are narrow cases such as qualifying employee share plans and guarantee shares; ordinary retail portfolio investment abroad is not treated here as generally transferable without further authority.
