FSMA — Financial Services and Markets Authority

The Financial Services and Markets Authority is one of Belgium's principal financial supervisors. For retail broker users it is especially important because the FSMA enforces Belgium's rules on the distribution of high-risk OTC derivatives, including leveraged CFDs and rolling spot forex to consumers.
