Best brokers available in Pakistan
Pakistan requires a sharp distinction between offshore leveraged trading and permitted investment abroad. The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) says residents may not buy or remit funds to offshore foreign-exchange, margin-trading or CFD platforms without permission, while the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) warns that unauthorized offshore trading platforms lack regulatory approval in Pakistan. Separately, SBP's Foreign Exchange Manual gives resident individuals a limited general permission to invest in shares of listed companies abroad through a Designated Authorized Dealer, subject to a USD 25,000 calendar-year remittance ceiling, a 1% maximum holding in a single investee company and reporting/repatriation conditions. Technical broker onboarding is therefore not treated as proof that every product or funding route is lawful.
