ACY Securities Review 2026

Overview and safety

What is ACY Securities?

ACY Securities is an Australia-headquartered forex and CFD broker offering leveraged CFDs through MT4, MT5 and the proprietary ACY Trading Platform. The brand uses different legal entities by jurisdiction: ACY Securities Pty Ltd for Australia, ACY Securities SA Pty Ltd for South Africa and ACY Capital LLC for eligible international clients. The international company is incorporated in St Vincent and the Grenadines as company 2610 LLC 2022; that incorporation is not a forex-broker licence.

What are the Pros of ACY Securities?

ACY Securities' strongest verified features are its low entry deposits, several platform choices and broad CFD catalogue. Current published minimums are USD 50 for Basic, USD 100 for Standard and USD 200 for ProZero; ProZero advertises spreads from 0.0 pips with a USD-account commission of USD 6 round turn per standard lot. ACY also offers more than 2,200 instruments, MT4, MT5, its own trading platform, Expert Advisors, copy trading and a MAM managed-account service.

What are the Cons of ACY Securities?

The main limitation is the large jurisdiction gap. ACY Securities Pty Ltd is presented under Australian AFSL 403863 and ACY Securities SA Pty Ltd under South African FSP 51008, while many international clients use ACY Capital LLC in St Vincent and the Grenadines. The SVG FSA states that it does not issue forex-broker licences or regulate SVG LLCs for forex brokerage. Australian retail leverage and negative-balance protection therefore must not be assumed for an ACY Capital LLC account.

What are the ACY Securities Current Promos?

ACY Securities is running a 2026 tiered deposit-credit campaign for eligible international clients: the published structure requires at least USD 100 and applies 40% to the first USD 500 plus 10% above that, capped at USD 5,000 of credit. The campaign has trading-volume/conversion conditions and should not be described as immediately withdrawable cash.

What are the ACY Securities Highlights?

Current ACY Securities highlights include Basic/Standard/ProZero entry deposits of USD 50/USD 100/USD 200, ProZero spreads from 0.0 pips, more than 2,200 CFDs, MT4, MT5 and the ACY Trading Platform, Tradingcup copy trading, current MAM support, and advertised global leverage that can reach 1:5000 on small positions through Dynamic Margin. Australian retail clients have much lower statutory CFD leverage limits, including 30:1 on major FX pairs.

What is the ACY Securities Origin Story?

ACY's own current public material uses two different origin dates. Its corporate growth page says the broker was founded in 2013, expanded and acquired Synergy FX in 2018, and rebranded in 2019. More recent company announcements describe ACY as having serviced clients since 2011. The authoritative ACY pages checked on 1 September 2026 therefore do not support a single unqualified founding year; the review records 2011 as the claimed service-history start and 2013 as the company's stated founding milestone.

Is ACY Securities Legit and Trustworthy?

ACY Securities is an operating broker group with named legal entities, offices, account products and current support infrastructure, but trust must be assessed by the contracting entity. ACY's current material identifies Australian AFSL 403863 and South African FSP 51008. The ASIC Professional Registers search was also checked on 1 September 2026, but this audit could not retrieve a stable broker-specific result URL from that search interface; the exact AFSL number is therefore attributed to ACY's current legal disclosure rather than represented here as a separately captured ASIC result. ACY Capital LLC's SVG company number is incorporation evidence only, not a forex licence.

Is ACY Securities Regulated and who are the Regulators?

Yes. ACY Securities has two current regulated brokerage entities, one current Saint Vincent company that is not licensed there as a forex broker, and a separate Jordanian introducing-broker relationship. The complete verified set retained for this review is:

Legal entityRegulator / authorityLicence / statusRelationship
ACY Securities Pty LtdAustralian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)AFSL 403863 — current broker-disclosed Australian Financial Services LicenceAustralian financial-derivatives broker
ACY Securities SA Pty LtdFinancial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), South AfricaFSP 51008 — current broker-disclosed authorisationSouth African financial-services entity
ACY Capital LLCFinancial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA)Company 2610 LLC 2022 — incorporation only; not an SVG forex-broker licenceInternational product issuer disclosed by ACY
Al Bilad Securities and Investment CompanyJordan Securities Commission (JSC)Registration 397 / Institution 200027569 — current JSC company record; ACY describes an introducing permissionIntroducing broker for Jordanian clients only

The distinction around Saint Vincent is important. The SVG FSA explicitly states that it does not issue licences for forex trading or brokerage and does not regulate SVG BCs/LLCs as forex brokers. ACY Capital LLC's company number therefore must not be displayed as a forex licence.

ACY's current footer also contains an identity wording inconsistency in its Jordan paragraph: it calls the principal “ACY Capital Australia LLC” while attaching company number 2610 LLC 2022, the same number that the same page assigns to ACY Capital LLC in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The footer then says ACY LLC remains the principal and product issuer. This review does not invent a separate regulated “ACY Capital Australia LLC” from that inconsistent sentence; it preserves the verified ACY Capital LLC identity and flags the wording caveat.

Client protection is entity-specific. ACY states that the Australian entity is under AFSL 403863 and uses segregated client trust arrangements, with Australian retail-CFD protections including negative-balance protection. Those protections should not automatically be transferred to the South African or SVG entity. The Jordan permission belongs to Al Bilad as an introducer and does not regulate the ACY trading counterparty itself.

Belgium remains unavailable for the reviewed ACY retail proposition. No Belgium-specific ACY entity or compliant Belgian onboarding route was verified, and the reviewed ACY products are forex and leveraged derivatives/CFDs. Belgium's FSMA prohibits distribution to consumers via electronic trading platforms of leveraged OTC CFDs and rolling-spot forex. The Australian, South African, SVG or Jordan relationships therefore do not justify a Belgian Open Account CTA.

Did ACY Securities win any Awards?

ACY has verifiable historical awards including the Hong Kong Australia Business Association Business Excellence Award 2022 and broker/expo awards in 2022. No stronger current dated 2026 award set was verified in this pass, so the award answer remains deliberately conservative rather than re-dating older trophies.

What type of Forex Broker is ACY Securities?

ACY describes its forex/CFD execution as STP and no-dealing-desk. Its Help Center says prices come directly from liquidity providers and trades execute at the best available bid/offer; another ACY support page says it uses deep interbank liquidity from 16 global banks. ACY also states that its quoted sub-30-millisecond metric measures the connection from its trading server to liquidity providers. These are ACY's disclosed execution arrangements for OTC derivatives; they do not mean clients own the underlying exchange asset.

How do I get in Contact with ACY Securities?

ACY publishes live chat, email and phone support, including Australia 1300 729 171 and international +61 2 9188 2999. It describes multilingual support as available around the clock during the trading week; account-specific issues should still be handled through authenticated channels.

Where are the Headquarters from ACY Securities based?

The Australian entity ACY Securities Pty Ltd is associated with Level 18, 799 Pacific Highway, Chatswood NSW 2067. The South African entity uses a Sandton/Johannesburg address, while the SVG company is registered through the Griffith Corporate Centre in Kingstown. Visitors should match the address to the legal entity on the client agreement.

What kind of Customer Support is offered by ACY Securities?

ACY provides customer support by live chat, email and telephone. Current public details are support@acy.com, 1300 729 171 for Australia and +61 2 9188 2999 for international callers. ACY describes multilingual support and personal account managers on its funding pages. For legal, complaint or account-specific issues, the support request should identify the exact ACY entity and trading account because Australia, South Africa and the SVG international route have different protections and terms.

Which Educational and Learning Materials are offered by ACY Securities?

ACY publishes live and on-demand webinars and education covering platform use, Expert Advisors, technical/fundamental analysis and risk management. It has advertised multiple webinars per week when scheduled, making education more substantive than a simple glossary.

Does ACY Securities hedge Positions?

ACY markets fast execution and access to multiple liquidity providers, including feeds from more than 15 LPs in current material. That does not prove every order is hedged one-for-one: execution/hedging depends on entity, venue and risk-management arrangements.

Accounts and eligibility

90/100

Can anyone join ACY Securities?

No verified Belgian retail route was found for ACY’s leveraged forex/CFD offer. An Australian AFSL, South African FSP authorisation or Saint Vincent company registration does not override Belgian restrictions on electronic distribution of leveraged OTC CFDs/rolling-spot forex. No Belgian Open Account CTA should be shown.

Who should sign up with ACY Securities?

ACY Securities is best suited to active forex and CFD traders who want a choice between spread-only and raw-spread accounts, MetaTrader plus a proprietary platform, algorithmic trading, copy trading and MAM functionality. The combination is particularly relevant to traders who can use an appropriately regulated ACY entity and who understand that the highest advertised global leverage is not available to Australian retail clients.

Who should NOT sign up with ACY Securities?

ACY Securities is a weaker fit for traders who require the same regulator, leverage and compensation framework in every country. US residents are not accepted, and eligible international clients may contract with ACY Capital LLC in St Vincent and the Grenadines, where the SVG FSA explicitly says it does not license forex brokerage. It is also unsuitable for an Australian retail trader expecting the global 1:5000 headline, because ASIC retail caps are materially lower.

Does ACY Securities offer Discounts, Coupons, or Promo Codes?

ACY currently publishes a Cash Rebate Program alongside its deposit-bonus campaign. The rebate programme advertises up to USD 5,000 in cash rebates and shows a base rate of USD 0.50 per lot for forex, precious metals and crude oil, with USD 0.01 per lot shown for other CFD trades under its level structure. The separate Tiered Credit Bonus is deposit-based promotional credit with a trading-volume conversion requirement; it is not the same as the cash-rebate programme.

Which Account Types are offered by ACY Securities?

AccountPublished entry levelPricing orientation
Basicabout USD 50commission-free / wider spread
Standardabout USD 100commission-free / mid-tier spread
ProZeroabout USD 200raw/tighter spread with commission

ACY supports MT4, MT5 and its own trading platform; exact leverage and pricing depend on the serving entity.

How to Open a ACY Securities LIVE Account?

To open a live ACY account, the applicant creates an online profile, verifies the email/account details, uploads identification documents and completes the required personal, residency and financial/trading information before the relevant live account is activated. After approval, the client selects the account/platform configuration and funds through ACY Cloud. ACY requires account funding and withdrawals to be in the account holder's own name; third-party payment instructions are not part of normal onboarding.

How to Open a ACY Securities DEMO account?

ACY offers a full demo environment and a lighter Guest Mode. The current Help Center says each demo account remains valid for six months, its virtual balance can be replenished through ACY Cloud and a client may hold up to three demo accounts at once. On 8 January 2026 ACY also launched Guest Mode on the proprietary platform, allowing three registration-free demo trades before the fourth trade prompts creation of a standard demo account.

If I violate the Trading Objectives of ACY Securities do I get a second chance?

ACY Securities is a conventional retail forex/CFD broker, not a proprietary-trading challenge firm. Its live accounts do not have an evaluation profit target, paid challenge reset or funded-account rule set. Trading restrictions instead arise from margin requirements, instrument specifications, account/entity terms and normal compliance controls.

How Are You Protected as a Client at ACY Securities?

Client protection differs sharply by ACY entity. For Australian retail clients, ACY's published ASIC product-intervention implementation includes negative-balance protection, a 50% margin close-out trigger and statutory retail leverage caps; ACY also describes client-money segregation. Its current negative-balance FAQ says Australian wholesale/sophisticated clients receive only a one-time courtesy and clients in other jurisdictions have rebalance requests subject to approval. The international SVG incorporation does not create an Australian-style compensation or regulatory protection scheme.

What are ACY Securities AML ID requirements?

ACY requires identity and address verification for live accounts and applies payment-ownership controls to deposits and withdrawals. Current support/legal material requires the trading account and payment method to belong to the same person and does not permit third-party funding as a normal route. Additional financial, source-of-funds or suitability information can be requested depending on the legal entity and compliance review.

Deposits, withdrawals and fees

Which Deposit and Withdrawal options are available at ACY Securities?

ACY publishes bank transfer, cards and a range of e-wallet/local-payment methods. It charges no broker deposit fee and currently allows up to five free withdrawals per month, although payment-provider or bank charges, currency conversion and return-to-source rules can still affect the amount and processing route.

Which Funding methods or Deposit Options are available at ACY Securities?

Current ACY deposit methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards and major electronic-payment solutions exposed in the client portal; ACY's public pages have also listed methods such as Neteller, Skrill, FasaPay, Perfect Money, UnionPay and regional rails. Crypto funding is available in supported jurisdictions. ACY says it does not charge a deposit fee, although banks/payment providers can impose their own charges. bitwallet is no longer available: ACY formally discontinued it on 26 May 2026.

What is the Minimum Deposit Amount at ACY Securities?

The current minimum initial deposits are USD 50 for Basic, USD 100 for Standard and USD 200 for ProZero. ACY's Help Center states USD 20,000 for the premium Bespoke account, but the live Bespoke product page currently displays USD 10,000. Because those two authoritative ACY pages conflict, this review records the discrepancy as of 1 September 2026 instead of inventing a single Bespoke minimum.

Which Withdrawal methods are available at ACY Securities?

Withdrawals are requested through ACY Cloud and can use supported bank, card, e-wallet or eligible crypto routes according to the funding history and country. ACY says the first five withdrawals in a calendar month are free and charges 25 units of the account base currency for each subsequent withdrawal. bitwallet cannot be used for withdrawals after ACY discontinued that service on 26 May 2026. Card withdrawals are subject to payment-ownership/return-to-source controls.

How can I Withdraw Money from ACY Securities Step by Step?

To withdraw, the client signs into ACY Cloud, submits a withdrawal request and selects an eligible method associated with the verified account/funding history. ACY processes requests received before 21:00 AEST Monday to Friday on the same day and later requests on the next business day. Identity/KYC and payment ownership must match the account holder; a client should not assume a new third-party bank account, card or wallet can be substituted for the verified funding route.

Does ACY Securities Payout?

ACY does not offer a fixed investment 'payout' schedule; clients withdraw available trading-account funds. Its Help Center says requests received before 21:00 AEST are processed by ACY on the same day and requests after that cutoff on the next business day. Settlement then depends on the payment rail. ACY also supports instant eligible crypto withdrawals in supported circumstances, while conventional bank/card settlement can take longer after broker processing.

Which Fees are charged by ACY Securities?

ProZero is the cost-focused account: ACY publishes spreads from 0.0 pips and commission from about USD 3 per USD 100,000 per side for FX on relevant routes. Basic/Standard use wider spread-led pricing. Overnight swaps remain instrument-specific and can include triple-rollover treatment around Wednesday for FX.

Trading conditions and platforms

94/100

What can I trade with ACY Securities?

ACY offers leveraged CFDs across forex, shares, indices, commodities, metals, oil, futures, ETFs and cryptocurrencies. Its current support inventory states more than 2,200 instruments, including 60+ FX pairs, 20 crypto instruments, 20 indices, 12 metals, six commodities, two oil products, multiple futures-CFD groups and more than 1,600 share CFDs across ASX, NYSE and Nasdaq markets.

Which Trading Platforms are offered by ACY Securities?

ACY supports MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and its own trading platform/app. MetaTrader supports EAs/algorithmic trading; ACY also offers copy-trading functionality on supported configurations. Platform access does not change the regulator or leverage limits attached to the contracting entity.

Which Trading Instruments are offered by ACY Securities?

The current instrument catalogue exceeds 2,200 CFDs. ACY's own count includes 60+ FX pairs, 20 cryptocurrencies, 20 indices, 12 metals, six commodities, two oil products, four FX futures, nine soft-commodity futures, one oil future, four index futures, three metal futures and more than 1,600 share CFDs from ASX, NYSE and Nasdaq. Exact symbols vary by platform and entity.

Which Trading Servers are offered by ACY Securities?

ACY supports MT4 and MT5, but the current account-opening, MetaTrader and Help Center pages checked on 1 September 2026 do not publish one definitive public list of live MT4/MT5 login-server names that applies to every entity/account. The correct server is assigned with the account credentials and must match that specific trading account. ACY separately identifies its own trading-server-to-liquidity-provider connection when publishing the sub-30-millisecond execution metric.

Which are the Base Currencies supported by ACY Securities?

ACY's Help Center currently lists AUD, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and JPY as trading-account base currencies. The live account-comparison and Bespoke product tables also display NZD in their commission/base-currency grids. Those ACY primary sources are inconsistent as of 1 September 2026, so the review treats the six Help Center currencies as the general published set and notes NZD as additionally referenced on product tables rather than claiming universal NZD availability.

Can I trade Crypto with ACY Securities? Which crypto currencies are supported by ACY Securities?

ACY offers cryptocurrency CFDs rather than spot ownership of the underlying coins. Its current support inventory lists 20 crypto instruments among the 2,200+ total products, while Australian retail crypto-CFD leverage is capped at 2:1 and ACY's older non-Australian leverage table lists up to 10:1. Crypto can also be a payment rail for eligible withdrawals; that funding feature is separate from trading cryptocurrency CFDs.

What is the Leverage on my ACY Securities Trading Account?

ACY’s international account materials can advertise leverage up to 1:500 or more on selected routes/platforms, while Australian retail accounts remain subject to ASIC leverage caps such as 1:30 on major FX. Extreme global leverage must not be presented as an ASIC retail entitlement.

How can I change the Leverage on my ACY Securities Trading Account?

Eligible ACY clients can request a leverage change inside ACY Cloud: Account Management → Live Trading Account → the leverage drop-down, followed by confirmation of the risk notice. The selectable level remains constrained by legal entity, client classification, instrument and Dynamic Margin rules. An Australian retail client therefore cannot use this menu to override ASIC retail leverage caps, and a 1:5000 headline does not apply uniformly to all positions.

What kind of Spreads are offered by ACY Securities?

ACY uses variable spreads rather than a fixed universal forex spread. The current account comparison shows ProZero minimum spreads of 0.0 pips on major FX pairs; its table shows examples including EUR/USD at 2.0 pips on Basic, 1.0 pip on Standard and 0.0 on ProZero, and GBP/USD at 2.3, 1.6 and 0.0 respectively. Actual live spreads widen or narrow with market conditions and the selected account.

Does ACY Securities offer MAM Accounts or PAMM Accounts?

ACY currently supports MAM managed accounts. Its Help Center states that clients joining a MAM service sign a Limited Power of Attorney so the manager can place trades that are mirrored from a master account to investor subaccounts; the LPOA does not give the manager authority to withdraw or transfer client funds. ACY also publishes an educational comparison of MAM, copy trading and PAMM, but the current product/support pages checked on 1 September 2026 did not expose a separate live PAMM signup product or current PAMM fee schedule. MAM is therefore verified as current; a distinct current PAMM service is not independently verified.

Does ACY Securities allow Expert Advisors?

Expert Advisors and forex robots are permitted on ACY's MT4 and MT5 platforms. ACY's Help Center explicitly confirms EA support, and its Tradingcup MT5 announcement says around 70% of its top-performing clients were using EAs at the time of the January 2025 update. ACY also offers code-free automation through Capitalise.ai, giving traders an automated-trading option beyond MetaTrader EAs.

Does ACY Securities offer Copytrading?

ACY's active copy-trading service is Tradingcup. It launched in early 2024 and added MT5 compatibility from January 2025 while retaining MT4 functionality. In ACY's January 2025 update, the service had recorded 3,321 signals, USD 53.203 million in invested funds, USD 176,100 in performance fees and USD 13,200 in subscription fees; those figures are a dated January 2025 snapshot, not a claimed September 2026 live total. Clients can select signal providers and have trades replicated into linked accounts.
