INFINOX Review 2026

Overview and safety

What is INFINOX?

INFINOX is a global forex/CFD broker brand established in 2009. The reviewed global site currently offers a regulated Mauritius route through INFINOX Limited and also discloses an alternative unregulated Anguilla company, while separate UK and UAE group entities have different roles.

INFINOX Limited is a Mauritius company, registration C176639 in its current client agreement, authorised by the Financial Services Commission as an Investment Dealer under licence GB20025832. INFINOX Global Limited is Anguilla company A000001246 and the current site explicitly labels that route unregulated. Infinox Financial Consultants L.L.C S.O.C holds UAE CMA Category 5 licence 20200000379 only as a marketing/introducing entity. INFINOX Services EU Limited, Cyprus HE440832, is a payment-services provider rather than an investment firm. Separately, the FCA identifies genuine UK firm Infinox Capital Limited under FRN 501057; that UK firm is not the issuer of the reviewed global Mauritius account.

What are the Pros of INFINOX?

The main strengths are a verifiable regulated Mauritius client route, a separately identifiable FCA-authorised UK group firm, transparent STP/ECN account pricing, up to 1:1000 international leverage, MT4/MT5 automation, IX Social copy trading, a live PAMM programme, a low $50 minimum deposit and current segregation/negative-balance disclosures.

For active comparison purposes, the most important concrete advantages are the STP account publishes spreads from 0.9 with commission from zero, while ECN publishes spreads from 0.2 with commission from 7 units of the listed account currency; the broker should be consulted for the exact per-lot/side convention applicable to the chosen entity/account rather than assuming a round-turn basis and INFINOX currently supports MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and IX Social; MT4/MT5 support Expert Advisors and algorithmic trading, IX Social provides copy trading, and the separate INFINOX PAMM environment supports Master/Follower managed allocation.

What are the Cons of INFINOX?

The main drawbacks are the global site offers an explicitly unregulated Anguilla alternative alongside the Mauritius route, global clients lose EU/MiFID protections, leverage can reach 1:1000 and the current About/legal ecosystem contains group references whose role must be resolved before assuming they protect a particular account.

A prospective client should also account for jurisdiction differences: INFINOX explicitly states that the global site is not directed at residents of Belgium, Afghanistan, Canada, India or the United States, and does not provide services to UK clients through that global route. Belgium is therefore unavailable independently of the FSMA restriction on leveraged OTC products.

What are the INFINOX Current Promos?

INFINOX has a current Thailand-only Bonus Burst running 13 July–13 October 2026 for selected clients introduced by participating IBs: deposit from USD 500 for a 20% trading-credit bonus plus USD 2 cashback per eligible lot, with the credit capped at USD 10,000. It is not a universal global promotion.

What are the INFINOX Highlights?

Key 2026 highlights include Mauritius FSC Investment Dealer licence GB20025832, a separate genuine FCA group firm FRN 501057, STP/ECN accounts, $50 published minimum deposit, leverage up to 1:1000, 900+ marketed instruments, MT4/MT5, IX Social copy trading and a current PAMM programme. These are more useful than marketing slogans because they directly affect pricing, market access, platform capability or client protection.

What is the INFINOX Origin Story?

INFINOX says the global CFD brokerage was established in 2009 and now operates across Latin America, Asia and MENA. The current global legal footer maps the Mauritius, Anguilla, UAE and Cyprus companies to distinct regulated, unregulated, introducing and payment roles.

Is INFINOX Legit and Trustworthy?

Yes, INFINOX is an established legitimate financial-services provider. the Mauritius licence number and serving company are repeatedly disclosed in current broker legal/help material, while the FCA independently identifies the genuine separate UK Infinox Capital Limited under FRN 501057. Trust still depends on choosing the regulated legal entity rather than the explicitly unregulated Anguilla route.

That does not make every account equally protected; INFINOX explicitly states that the global site is not directed at residents of Belgium, Afghanistan, Canada, India or the United States, and does not provide services to UK clients through that global route. Belgium is therefore unavailable independently of the FSMA restriction on leveraged OTC products.

Is INFINOX Regulated and who are the Regulators?

Yes, but INFINOX uses several legal entities and the permissions and protections are not interchangeable. The complete verified/preserved relationship set is:

Legal entityRegulator / statusLicence / referenceCurrent role / caveat
INFINOX LimitedFinancial Services Commission Mauritius — current Investment DealerGB20025832Current regulated global client-serving route
INFINOX Capital LimitedFinancial Conduct Authority — current authorised firmFRN 501057Separate UK group investment firm; current UK service is professional/institutional rather than a Belgian retail route
Infinox Financial Consultants L.L.C S.O.CUAE Capital Market Authority — current Category 520200000379Marketing and introduction only; not the principal product issuer
IX Capital Group LimitedSecurities Commission of The Bahamas — legacy first-party relationshipSIA F-188Previously verified from first-party material; absent from the current September 2026 global footer, so current applicability remains unresolved rather than silently dropping the relationship

Two other current group companies must not be misrepresented as broker licences: INFINOX Global Limited is an Anguilla company (A000001246) that INFINOX explicitly describes as unregulated, while INFINOX Services EU Limited is a Cyprus payment/support company (HE440832), not a Cyprus investment firm. The FCA also imposed a GBP 99,200 penalty on INFINOX Capital Limited on 27 January 2025 for MiFIR transaction-reporting failures. That is a compliance enforcement action against an authorised firm, not a fraud finding.

Protection is entity-specific. The current Mauritius client agreement states that INFINOX Limited holds client money separately from its own money at an approved bank. No EU/UK-style statutory investor-compensation scheme was verified for that Mauritius relationship. Public balance-protection wording is not sufficiently entity-specific to assign negative-balance protection to the Mauritius licence in this review. FSCS eligibility for the FCA entity depends on the client, product and statutory claim rules and must not be transferred to another group company.

Belgium is unavailable through the reviewed INFINOX routes: the current global disclosure explicitly excludes residents of Belgium. Belgium also restricts covered leveraged OTC CFDs and rolling-spot forex to consumers. No Belgian Open Account CTA should be shown.

Did INFINOX win any Awards?

INFINOX’s current site lists Best IB/Affiliate Programme — Money Expo Mexico 2025 among recent recognition. Older 2024 awards remain historical; no fabricated 2026 award is added where the source does not provide one.

What type of Forex Broker is INFINOX?

The Mauritius client agreement describes an execution-only leveraged-derivatives service in which client orders are transmitted through INFINOX platforms to liquidity providers for execution. This supports an STP/ECN-style execution description without proving every trade is externally hedged one-for-one.

How do I get in Contact with INFINOX?

INFINOX provides 24/7 support by live chat, email and social channels. The Mauritius registered address is Credentia International Management, Cyberati Lounge, Ground Floor, The Catalyst Building, 40 Cybercity, Ebene; the UAE introduction entity is at Office 203-226, Building Khalid Shaban, Al Garhoud, Dubai.

Where are the Headquarters from INFINOX based?

The principal regulated global entity is INFINOX Limited in Mauritius under FSC licence GB20025832. The Anguilla company is explicitly unregulated, the UAE company is Category 5 marketing/introduction only, and the Cyprus company is a payment-services provider. Clients should not collapse those roles into one globally regulated claim.

What kind of Customer Support is offered by INFINOX?

INFINOX publishes 24/7 global support and support in more than a dozen languages through its website/help environment.

Which Educational and Learning Materials are offered by INFINOX?

INFINOX provides FAQs, trading education and platform guidance in addition to 24/7 support. The strongest current visitor value is its entity-specific account/platform documentation and live help.

Does INFINOX hedge Positions?

INFINOX distinguishes STP and ECN account pricing, but those labels do not remove legal counterparty/entity risk. The Mauritius-regulated route, unregulated Anguilla route and UAE introduction-only entity carry materially different protections.

Accounts and eligibility

84/100

Can anyone join INFINOX?

INFINOX explicitly states that its global site is not directed at residents of Belgium. No Belgian Open Account CTA should be shown, and neither the Mauritius investment-dealer licence nor the UAE Category 5 marketing permission overrides that exclusion.

Who should sign up with INFINOX?

INFINOX is best suited to eligible non-excluded international CFD traders who want MT4/MT5, copy trading, PAMM, flexible STP/ECN pricing and a low funding threshold while deliberately selecting the regulated Mauritius entity

Who should NOT sign up with INFINOX?

INFINOX is a weaker fit for Belgian residents, clients who require an EEA/MiFID account through the reviewed global site, or users who might accidentally choose the explicitly unregulated Anguilla company while assuming Mauritius/FCA protections still apply

Does INFINOX offer Discounts, Coupons, or Promo Codes?

No current universal retail cashback or rebate schedule with stable terms was verified on the primary global account/legal pages checked. Partner/affiliate programmes are commercial arrangements and are excluded from the rating.

Which Account Types are offered by INFINOX?

AccountPricing modelHeadline leveragePlatforms
STPCommission-free / spread pricingUp to 1:1000 subject to eligibilityMT4 / MT5
ECNTighter/zero-style spreads; commission from USD 5 round-turn lotUp to 1:1000 subject to eligibilityMT4 / MT5

Current conditions are entity- and product-specific; high headline leverage should not be assumed for every client.

How to Open a INFINOX LIVE Account?

To open a live account, register through the appropriate INFINOX regional/global onboarding flow, deliberately select the legal entity offered to your residence, complete KYC, choose STP or ECN and fund with a method in the portal. Belgium is explicitly excluded and must not receive an Open Account CTA. The broker must complete identity, residency and suitability/appropriateness checks before regulated products are enabled.

How to Open a INFINOX DEMO account?

Yes. INFINOX provides free demo access for its trading environment so users can test MT4/MT5 functionality without treating demo performance as evidence of live liquidity or execution.

If I violate the Trading Objectives of INFINOX do I get a second chance?

INFINOX is not a proprietary-trading challenge, so there are no 'trading objectives' whose breach automatically terminates a funded challenge. Normal account restrictions instead come from margin rules, product permissions, suitability checks and the client agreement.

How Are You Protected as a Client at INFINOX?

INFINOX states that regulated-client funds are held in segregated accounts and that negative-balance protection applies. It also markets private insurance protection up to USD 1,000,000; this is broker-disclosed private cover, not a statutory Mauritius compensation scheme. The Anguilla route is explicitly unregulated and contractually promises balance protection but does not gain Mauritius/FCA statutory protections.

What are INFINOX AML ID requirements?

KYC requires identity/residency evidence and INFINOX prohibits third-party payments. Deposits and withdrawals must use accounts/payment methods in the client’s own name.

Deposits, withdrawals and fees

86/100

Which Deposit and Withdrawal options are available at INFINOX?

INFINOX withdrawals are requested through Client Portal > Funds > Withdraw Funds. The broker says requests are processed within 24 business hours subject to bank/payment-provider checks and only to accounts in the client’s own name.

Which Funding methods or Deposit Options are available at INFINOX?

Current global onboarding supports methods such as bank transfer, credit/debit cards, Skrill, Neteller and online/local banking depending on the client portal. The current deposit guidance says deposits can be made 24/7 and must come from the client’s own payment account.

What is the Minimum Deposit Amount at INFINOX?

Current INFINOX help guidance publishes a minimum deposit of USD 50 or equivalent in the account base currency. Payment-method limits and entity rules can still apply.

Which Withdrawal methods are available at INFINOX?

Available withdrawal rails depend on how the account was funded and the client portal, including bank/card/e-wallet methods where supported. Withdrawals must go to the client’s own account and return-to-source/AML rules can restrict the route.

How can I Withdraw Money from INFINOX Step by Step?

In the client portal go to Funds, choose Withdraw Funds, select an eligible own-name destination and submit the request after completing KYC/payment verification.

Does INFINOX Payout?

INFINOX says internal withdrawal processing is normally completed within 24 business hours; actual settlement can take around 1–3 working days and longer for some bank/card methods. This is not a guaranteed same-day payout.

Which Fees are charged by INFINOX?

INFINOX’s current comparison identifies STP as commission-free and ECN pricing from USD 5 round-turn per lot with tighter spreads. Swaps, spreads and leverage vary by instrument/entity. The high-leverage global route does not carry EU MiFID retail protection.

Trading conditions and platforms

91/100

What can I trade with INFINOX?

INFINOX markets 900+ CFD instruments across forex, equities, indices, commodities, futures-related markets and cryptocurrencies. These are predominantly derivatives rather than direct custody of the underlying assets.

Which Trading Platforms are offered by INFINOX?

INFINOX supports MT4, MT5 and IX Social copy trading. MT4/MT5 support algorithmic trading/Expert Advisors; IX Social lets clients follow/copy other traders. Platform availability depends on the serving entity.

Which Trading Instruments are offered by INFINOX?

The current homepage markets more than 900 instruments. Exact symbol count, hours, margin and contract size vary by legal entity/platform and should be taken from the live specification.

Which Trading Servers are offered by INFINOX?

INFINOX does not publish one universal permanent MetaTrader server name for every entity/account. Account credentials issued through the portal specify the correct MT4/MT5 server.

Which are the Base Currencies supported by INFINOX?

Current account pricing is shown in GBP/EUR/USD/AUD terms, but a complete universal base-currency list for every serving entity was not verified. The onboarding portal is the authoritative source for the client’s account.

Can I trade Crypto with INFINOX? Which crypto currencies are supported by INFINOX?

INFINOX offers cryptocurrency CFDs where local/entity rules permit. That is derivative exposure, not proof of direct transferable-coin custody, and the global service explicitly excludes Belgium.

What is the Leverage on my INFINOX Trading Account?

The STP and ECN pages publish maximum leverage up to 1:1000. That is an international maximum and does not override entity-specific, instrument-specific or local-law caps.

How can I change the Leverage on my INFINOX Trading Account?

Leverage can only be changed within the serving entity’s risk controls, instrument margin schedule and client eligibility. Selecting the unregulated Anguilla route is not a legitimate way to treat regulated protections as continuing.

What kind of Spreads are offered by INFINOX?

Current published starting spreads are 0.9 on STP and 0.2 on ECN. These are variable starting values rather than guaranteed live spreads for every symbol/session.

Does INFINOX offer MAM Accounts or PAMM Accounts?

Yes for PAMM. INFINOX currently maintains a dedicated PAMM help centre covering Masters, Followers, offers, drawdown limits, performance fees and portal access. No separate current universal MAM service was verified, so the managed-account claim is limited to PAMM.

Does INFINOX allow Expert Advisors?

Yes. Current INFINOX platform/help material confirms Expert Advisor/automated trading support on MT4 and MT5, subject to normal account and trading rules.

Does INFINOX offer Copytrading?

Yes. IX Social is INFINOX’s current copy-trading platform for following other traders. Copying does not remove market risk and remains entity/country dependent.
