Overview and safety
What is ModMount (ModMountltd.com)?
ModMount is an offshore forex/CFD brand operated by Modmount Services Limited, a Seychelles Securities Dealer currently listed by the FSA under trade names ModMount and Sycoa; its verified trading interface is proprietary WebTrader.
The broker discloses Seychelles registration 8426105-1 and licence SD119. FSA independently lists the entity/trade name. Peaksight Ltd (CySEC 440/23) is a separate group company; CySEC approves peaksightltd.com, not the ModMount domain.
What are the Pros of ModMount?
The main strengths are a current FSA entity/trade-name match, disclosed SD119, five account tiers, concrete spread/leverage/margin data, NDD disclosure, proprietary WebTrader, $250 minimum deposit, demo access and detailed payment/KYC guidance.
For active comparison purposes, the most important concrete advantages are Published EUR/USD examples are 2.5 pips Classic/Silver, 1.8 Gold, 1.4 Platinum and 0.9 VIP; FX leverage reaches 1:400, with 100% margin call, 20% stop-out and 0.01 minimum volume. and ModMount WebTrader provides browser/device access, real-time rates, price alerts, Stop Loss/Take Profit, trading history, one-click account switching and 60+ analytical tools. Current first-party sources did not verify MT4/MT5..
What are the Cons of ModMount?
The main drawbacks are offshore-only serving regulation, explicit EU exclusion, $250 entry deposit, published withdrawal processing of about 8–10 business days, and a January 2026 Nigeria SEC notice citing lack of Nigerian authorisation plus information about withdrawal difficulties and aggressive solicitation.
A prospective client should also account for jurisdiction differences: EU residents are explicitly excluded, making Belgium unavailable. Nigeria SEC advises the public to refrain from investing with ModMount in Nigerian capital-market business. Peaksight's separate CySEC licence does not override either restriction.
What are the ModMount Current Promos?
No current public bonus, cashback or rebate campaign was verified in the official source set. Tier spread/swap differences are trading conditions, not promotions.
What are the ModMount Highlights?
Key 2026 highlights include FSA SD119; five tiers; $250 minimum deposit; EUR/USD 2.5-to-0.9-pip tier examples; FX leverage up to 1:400; NDD; WebTrader; 160+ CFDs; USD/EUR/CHF account currencies; EU exclusion; Nigeria SEC warning. These are more useful than marketing slogans because they directly affect pricing, market access, platform capability or client protection.
What is the ModMount Origin Story?
Modmount Services Limited is Seychelles registration 8426105-1. The site gives House of Francis, Room 302, Ile Du Port, Mahe; the live FSA register currently gives House of Francis, Office 102.
Is ModMount Legit and Trustworthy?
ModMount is a currently identifiable Seychelles-regulated securities-dealer brand, but that is not a blanket safety verdict. The FSA live register lists Modmount Services Limited/ModMount and the broker discloses SD119. Material caveats are the explicit EU exclusion, the fact that Peaksight Ltd's separate CySEC 440/23 licence does not serve ModMount accounts, and Nigeria SEC's January 2026 notice stating ModMount is not licensed there and advising the public to refrain in relation to the Nigerian capital market.
Is ModMount Regulated and who are the Regulators?
Yes, but the regulator/legal-entity relationships must be separated. Modmount Services Limited, Seychelles registration 8426105-1, is the current serving ModMount entity we verified and is authorised by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority as a Securities Dealer under licence SD119. The current FSA register independently identifies Modmount Services Limited / ModMount.
ModMount also discloses Peaksight Ltd, Cyprus HE433420, which is currently authorised by CySEC under CIF licence 440/23. Peaksight is a separate group investment firm and its approved/serving domain is not the ModMount domain. Broker Fit therefore preserves the CySEC relationship but does not treat Peaksight as the serving ModMount entity, does not infer an EEA passport for a ModMount account, and does not transfer Cyprus investor-protection arrangements to clients of Modmount Services Limited.
Nigeria requires a separate warning relationship. On 30 January 2026, the Securities and Exchange Commission Nigeria stated that ModMount Services Limited is not registered or licensed by the Commission to solicit investments from the public or operate in the Nigerian capital market and advised the public to refrain from investing with it in that context. This is recorded as a Nigeria-specific unlicensed/warning status; it is not described as cancellation of Seychelles licence SD119 and is not converted into a broader fraud finding beyond the regulator's exact warning.
The Seychelles FSA also terminated former ModMount representative Franck Corouna's SDR200 accreditation effective 18 September 2025. That former representative relationship is retained for regulatory history and is not presented as termination of the firm's SD119 Securities Dealer licence.
For the current Seychelles route, ModMount's account/client-money material supports negative-balance protection and segregated client-money handling. We did not verify a statutory Seychelles investor-compensation amount comparable with an EEA or UK scheme. Country availability remains separate from these protections: ModMount explicitly excludes residents of the European Union, so Belgium is unavailable, and Belgian FSMA leveraged-OTC restrictions independently apply. No Belgian or Nigerian Open Account CTA is enabled.

ModMount is best suited to eligible non-EU clients who accept Seychelles regulation, want a proprietary browser platform and value published tier-level spread/leverage parameters
