Overview and safety
What is TradeUltra (Tradeultra.com)?
TradeUltra is an active multi-asset FX/CFD broker brand whose current public footprint spans Seychelles and Labuan. The live Seychelles FSA Capital Markets register lists TradeUltra Limited and tradeultra.com; the Labuan FSA Financial Institutions Directory, last updated 14 May 2026, separately lists TradeUltra Limited among Money Brokers. A material disclosure problem is that TradeUltra's current homepage still says it is licensed by the FSC Mauritius even though the FSC's official 5 August 2024 notice says TradeUltra Limited surrendered licence GB21026948 and that the Global Business and Investment Dealer licences terminated effective 25 June 2024.
The public entity map is not clean. The current Seychelles footer uses TradeUltra Limited at IMAD Complex and says FSA Seychelles licence SD239. The current legal page is Labuan-centred: it describes TradeUltra Limited, company LL16964, regulated by Labuan FSA and separately states licence MB/20/0059. That page also names TradeUltra Markets Limited as an SVG IBC 20997 IBC 2013 and a TradeUltra Limited Anguilla IBC A000001775. Those SVG/Anguilla registrations are corporate registrations, not treated as forex/investment licences. The former Mauritius relationship is recorded as terminated, not current.
What are the Pros of TradeUltra?
The main strengths are two independently current regulator-directory signals for TradeUltra Limited — Seychelles FSA and Labuan FSA Money Brokers — plus current first-party SD239/MB/20/0059 licence disclosures, an explicit Labuan retail Client Agreement, Individual/Joint/Corporate account structures, MT4/MT5 references, a proprietary TradeUltra App, 30 specifically advertised FX pairs, current FX leverage marketing up to 1:400, Expert Advisor permission, segregated-client-money wording and a broker-purchased insolvency-insurance claim.
For active comparison purposes, the most important concrete advantages are The current Labuan Client Agreement documents spreads, daily financing, commissions/other charges where applicable and the possibility of a future monthly inactivity fee after 180 days. However, the current public source set does not expose a stable account-tier tariff with numeric minimum spreads or commissions. Claims of competitive/tight spreads are broker marketing rather than a substitute for a published tariff. and TradeUltra currently markets its proprietary multi-asset App plus MetaTrader. The accounts page references MT4 and MT5; the About page emphasizes MT5 and the current legal agreement explicitly permits Expert Advisors on MT4/MT5. The broker's web demo/product library also exposes product margin and spread fields. Platform-speed/execution claims are not treated as guaranteed outcomes..
What are the Cons of TradeUltra?
The main drawbacks are a serious current regulatory-disclosure inconsistency because the homepage still describes Mauritius FSC licensing after the official FSC termination effective 25 June 2024; multiple same/similar TradeUltra entity references across Seychelles, Labuan, SVG and Anguilla; the main client agreement is Labuan-centred and cannot automatically be projected onto a Seychelles account; no public verified numeric minimum deposit or full live spread/commission tariff; no universal negative-balance protection because current risk warnings state losses can exceed deposits; and no EEA/Belgian serving investment entity.
A prospective client should also account for jurisdiction differences: TradeUltra's current site excludes a long list of jurisdictions and separately says it does not provide services in the UAE, but Belgium is not positively identified as a supported client jurisdiction. Seychelles and Labuan authorisations do not create EEA passporting. Belgian FSMA restrictions apply to electronic distribution to consumers of covered leveraged OTC CFDs/rolling-spot forex, so ForexBrokersInfo keeps Belgian leveraged forex/CFD account opening unavailable and does not enable an Open Account CTA.
What are the TradeUltra Current Promos?
No current durable retail deposit bonus, cashback or trading-cost rebate with authoritative public terms was verified. TradeUltra promotes a no-direct-cost Excess of Loss insurance arrangement and separate partnership/introducing activity; neither is a trading-cost discount and neither affects the rating.
What are the TradeUltra Highlights?
Key 2026 highlights include TradeUltra Limited; live Seychelles FSA entity/domain listing plus current first-party SD239; live Labuan FSA Money Brokers listing plus current first-party MB/20/0059; Mauritius GB21026948 formally terminated 25 June 2024 despite stale current-site licensing language; since-2013 broker claim; 30 explicitly advertised FX pairs; leverage marketing up to 1:400; MT4/MT5 plus TradeUltra App; EAs allowed; segregated-funds and private insolvency-insurance claims. These are more useful than marketing slogans because they directly affect pricing, market access, platform capability or client protection.
What is the TradeUltra Origin Story?
TradeUltra says it has operated as an STP broker since 2013. The current public footprint includes a Seychelles address at IMAD Complex, Ile Du Port, Mahé and a Labuan Client Agreement using Unit B, Lot 49, 1st Floor, Block F, Lazenda Warehouse 3, Labuan, Malaysia. The brand therefore should not be reduced to one headquarters label without preserving its multi-entity routing.
Is TradeUltra Legit and Trustworthy?
Yes, TradeUltra is an established legitimate financial-services provider. Positive trust evidence is the live Seychelles regulator/entity/domain match, the current Labuan FSA Money Brokers directory listing, detailed Labuan client-money/EA/fee provisions and public customer-protection material. Trust is materially constrained by the homepage continuing to claim Mauritius FSC licensing after the regulator formally terminated the licences in 2024, inconsistent entity/regulatory presentation across pages, offshore-only client-serving routes for the reviewed products and absence of universal negative-balance protection.
That does not make every account equally protected; TradeUltra's current site excludes a long list of jurisdictions and separately says it does not provide services in the UAE, but Belgium is not positively identified as a supported client jurisdiction.
Is TradeUltra Regulated and who are the Regulators?
TradeUltra's complete verified current/former regulator set spans Seychelles, Labuan and a former Mauritius licence, and the status of each relationship is materially different.
TradeUltra Limited currently states that it is authorised and regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority under Securities Dealer licence SD239. ForexBrokersInfo previously verified the FSA entity/domain relationship and preserves it because no authoritative evidence of withdrawal or replacement was found in this recheck. TradeUltra's current public protection material markets segregated client funds and private Excess of Loss insurance, but those group-level statements are not converted into a statutory compensation scheme and are not assumed to map identically to every TradeUltra entity. Universal negative-balance protection is not verified.
TradeUltra Limited is also currently listed by the Labuan Financial Services Authority among Money Brokers. TradeUltra's current legal material gives licence MB/20/0059 and identifies the Labuan company as LL16964. The current Labuan-centred client agreement supports designated pooled client-money accounts. No EEA/UK-style statutory investor-compensation scheme or universal negative-balance protection was verified for this relationship.
The Mauritius relationship is former, not current. The Financial Services Commission Mauritius stated in its official 5 August 2024 notice that TradeUltra Limited surrendered Global Business and Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer, Excluding Underwriting) licences GB21026948, codes FS-4.1 and SEC-2.1B, and that those licences terminated effective 25 June 2024. TradeUltra's current homepage still says it is licensed by the FSC Mauritius. ForexBrokersInfo treats the regulator's termination notice as controlling evidence and preserves the live website wording as a material disclosure inconsistency rather than silently treating the former licence as current.
TradeUltra's current legal page also names TradeUltra Markets Limited, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines registration 20997 IBC 2013, and TradeUltra Limited, Anguilla registration A000001775. These are corporate registrations and are not presented as separate forex/investment-services licences.
Country availability remains entity- and product-specific. TradeUltra explicitly says it does not provide services in the United Arab Emirates, so the UAE route is unavailable and has no Open Account CTA. For Belgium, no Belgian/EEA serving investment entity is verified, the current Seychelles/Labuan relationships do not create EEA passporting, the Mauritius licence is terminated, and the FSMA prohibits distribution to consumers of leveraged OTC CFDs and rolling-spot forex. Belgian leveraged forex/CFD account opening therefore remains unavailable.

Did TradeUltra win any Awards?
TradeUltra's current site displays broker-branded award graphics and its About page refers to an award-winning proposition, but the reviewed authoritative/current source set does not provide an independently verifiable register with issuer, exact award title and award date for each displayed badge. Awards are therefore not used in the rating.
What type of Forex Broker is TradeUltra?
TradeUltra describes itself as an STP broker, but its current liquidity page also states that all client trades are executed with TradeUltra as counterparty and that liquidity providers do not act as the client's counterparty. The current Labuan Client Agreement says TradeUltra deals with retail clients as principal unless it says otherwise. This review therefore reports the STP/liquidity-routing claim without relabelling the retail execution relationship as pure agency or claiming every position is externally matched one-for-one.
How do I get in Contact with TradeUltra?
The current contact page lists TradeUltra Limited at IMAD Complex, 1st Floor, Unit 217, Ile Du Port, Mahé, Seychelles, telephone +248 4321121 and info@tradeultra.com. It says clients can contact the firm around the clock, while the homepage more specifically advertises multilingual customer support 24/5; 24/5 is used as the clearer staffed-support claim rather than promising 24/7 human coverage.
Where are the Headquarters from TradeUltra based?
The current client-facing site prominently uses the Seychelles office at IMAD Complex, Ile Du Port, Mahé. The current Labuan Client Agreement separately gives a Labuan registered address. Because active regulatory relationships exist in both Seychelles and Labuan, the review preserves both locations rather than inventing a single group headquarters.
What kind of Customer Support is offered by TradeUltra?
The current homepage advertises multilingual technical support 24/5. The contact page provides Seychelles phone and email routes and broader around-the-clock contact wording. No current authoritative response-time SLA is published, so no guaranteed response time is stated.
Which Educational and Learning Materials are offered by TradeUltra?
The accounts page currently advertises educational blogs, infographics and webinars, and the site also exposes economic/dividend calendars, market snaps and technical analysis. These are general education/research resources, not personalised investment advice; TradeUltra states that its services are execution-only.
Does TradeUltra hedge Positions?
The Labuan Client Agreement says TradeUltra/Group Companies use only their own funds for hedging and do not pass client money to hedging counterparties. The liquidity page describes aggregated liquidity but also states TradeUltra is the client counterparty. This supports risk-hedging activity, not a promise of one-for-one external hedging of each retail transaction.
Accounts and eligibility
Can anyone join TradeUltra?
The current public site excludes residents of the United States, Canada, Singapore, Japan and numerous other named jurisdictions and says it does not provide services in the UAE. Belgium is not explicitly advertised as supported, and no Belgian/EEA client-serving entity is verified. Belgium therefore remains unavailable for the leveraged OTC forex/CFD proposition rather than being inferred from the absence of Belgium in the exclusion list.
Who should sign up with TradeUltra?
TradeUltra is best suited to eligible non-restricted clients who have confirmed which TradeUltra legal entity will contract with them, understand offshore leveraged-CFD risk, and specifically value MT5/EA access plus the proprietary multi-asset platform
Who should NOT sign up with TradeUltra?
TradeUltra is a weaker fit for Belgian retail users seeking leveraged OTC forex/CFDs, users requiring an EEA/UK statutory investor-compensation framework or universal negative-balance protection, and anyone unwilling to resolve the site's current Mauritius-licensing inconsistency and entity routing before funding
Does TradeUltra offer Discounts, Coupons, or Promo Codes?
No stable retail volume-rebate/cashback schedule was verified from the current first-party source set. Partner/introducer payments mentioned in the Client Agreement are third-party commercial arrangements and are excluded from rating and ordinary trading-cost claims.
Which Account Types are offered by TradeUltra?
The current accounts page names three legal-ownership account types: Individual, Joint and Corporate. It does not publish a current complete pricing-tier matrix or a verified numeric minimum deposit. Searches of the current homepage, account page and legal material did not produce an authoritative public minimum-deposit figure, so none is invented. No current first-party Islamic/swap-free account specification was found in the reviewed source set.
How to Open a TradeUltra LIVE Account?
To open a live account, The site offers an online live-account path and describes the sequence as open account → fund account → start trading. The current legal documentation requires KYC/due diligence and says the contracting entity/law depends on the account's registered company. Because country/entity routing is not transparently mapped for Belgium and local leveraged-OTC distribution restrictions apply, Belgian Open Account remains disabled. The broker must complete identity, residency and suitability/appropriateness checks before regulated products are enabled.
How to Open a TradeUltra DEMO account?
Yes. TradeUltra maintains a current Risk Free Demo page for smartphone, PC or Mac and its web demo environment exposes product-library/margin fields. The current public source set does not state one universal demo balance or expiry period, so neither is invented.
If I violate the Trading Objectives of TradeUltra do I get a second chance?
TradeUltra is not a proprietary-trading challenge, so there are no 'trading objectives' whose breach automatically terminates a funded challenge. Normal account restrictions instead come from margin rules, product permissions, suitability checks and the client agreement.
How Are You Protected as a Client at TradeUltra?
TradeUltra's current protection page says client funds are kept in segregated accounts separate from company/operational funds and advertises separate Excess of Loss insolvency insurance above USD 10,000 up to USD 1,000,000 per client, subject to policy terms and conditions. The Labuan Client Agreement separately says client money is held in trust in designated pooled client-money accounts and that TradeUltra uses its own funds for hedging. The insurance is private commercial protection, not a statutory EEA-style compensation scheme, and the public pages do not clearly map the policy to every legal entity/jurisdiction. Universal negative-balance protection is not verified; current risk warnings state losses may exceed initial deposits.
What are TradeUltra AML ID requirements?
The current legal page contains Due Diligence, Financial Crime and AML/KYC material. The Client Agreement says personal information and compliance checks are required to open/provide services and expressly contemplates identity documents such as passport/driving licence in relevant verification situations. Exact onboarding requests vary by applicant/entity, so no fixed universal document list is invented beyond current compliance evidence.
Deposits, withdrawals and fees
Which Deposit and Withdrawal options are available at TradeUltra?
The Labuan Client Agreement governs client payments and withdrawals but the current public source set does not expose a stable cashier table listing every card/bank/e-wallet/crypto rail, minimum, fee and processing time. Withdrawals are limited by positive balance, open losses, margin requirements and liabilities; third-party payout instructions can be refused. The protection page advertises quick withdrawals but gives no guaranteed public settlement SLA.
Which Funding methods or Deposit Options are available at TradeUltra?
The current public source set checked — homepage, accounts and legal documentation — does not publish a complete authoritative funding-method table. Funding therefore should follow the authenticated cashier for the actual serving entity; no third-party payment-method list is imported from broker directories.
What is the Minimum Deposit Amount at TradeUltra?
No current authoritative public numeric minimum deposit was verified on the current homepage, accounts page or Labuan Client Agreement reviewed on 5 September 2026. The review intentionally leaves the figure unverified rather than copying third-party directory claims.
Which Withdrawal methods are available at TradeUltra?
No stable current public list of all withdrawal rails is published in the reviewed authoritative source set. The Labuan Client Agreement provides the operative controls: a positive balance is required, third-party payment instructions may be refused, and TradeUltra can withhold/deduct where open loss, margin or liability conditions apply.
How can I Withdraw Money from TradeUltra Step by Step?
Use the authenticated account/cashier, submit a withdrawal against available positive balance and satisfy KYC/payment-ownership/margin checks. The current public sources do not state a guaranteed end-to-end settlement time or a universal withdrawal fee table.
Does TradeUltra Payout?
TradeUltra does not guarantee investment returns or a fixed payout arrival time. Withdrawal availability depends on cleared positive balance, open positions/margin, compliance and the payment channel. The customer-protection page's 'quick withdrawals' wording is marketing and is not converted into a numeric SLA.
Which Fees are charged by TradeUltra?
The current Labuan Client Agreement provides the most concrete public fee evidence: product spreads can widen, open positions incur a daily financing fee/credit, commissions or other charges may apply, and after 180 days without account activity a monthly inactivity fee may be introduced in future with advance notice. The current site does not publish a stable numeric retail spread/commission tariff, so no minimum EURUSD spread or universal zero-commission claim is made. No current first-party swap-free/Islamic fee schedule was found.
Trading conditions and platforms
What can I trade with TradeUltra?
The current homepage advertises 3,000+ markets overall, including 500+ shares/indices, 200+ forex-and-commodities combined and 100+ digital assets. The dedicated Forex page is more specific for FX and states 30 currency pairs. These figures are not conflated: 200+ is a combined forex/commodities marketing category, not evidence of 200+ FX pairs.
Which Trading Platforms are offered by TradeUltra?
Current first-party sources advertise the proprietary TradeUltra App and MetaTrader. The accounts page references MT4 and MT5, while the About page currently emphasizes MT5. The Labuan agreement expressly permits Expert Advisors on MT4/MT5. Platform availability should be confirmed for the actual account/entity because the site's platform presentation is not perfectly uniform across pages.
Which Trading Instruments are offered by TradeUltra?
Verified retail CFD categories include forex, shares/equities, indices, commodities/energies/metals, ETFs and digital assets/cryptocurrencies. The dedicated Forex page states 30 FX pairs. Current contact/product material also references exchange-traded futures and other OTC products as areas of interest, but that contact-form taxonomy is not sufficient to assert live retail listed-futures access for every account.
Which Trading Servers are offered by TradeUltra?
No current authoritative public list of MT4/MT5 live/demo server names was verified. Clients should use the exact server credentials supplied by TradeUltra for their serving entity and account.
Which are the Base Currencies supported by TradeUltra?
The current public account pages do not publish a verified complete base-currency list. The Labuan agreement defines client money as money of any currency and refers to charges in designated/transaction currencies, but that is not evidence that every currency can be selected as an account base. No base-currency set is invented.
Can I trade Crypto with TradeUltra? Which crypto currencies are supported by TradeUltra?
TradeUltra markets digital-asset/cryptocurrency CFDs within its multi-asset derivative offer. The homepage explicitly states that CFD/derivative clients have no entitlement to the underlying financial asset, so crypto trading must not be described as verified spot-coin ownership or wallet custody. Availability remains entity/jurisdiction specific.
What is the Leverage on my TradeUltra Trading Account?
The current dedicated Forex page advertises leverage up to 1:400. The Labuan Client Agreement discusses margin/leverage and even uses 100:1 examples, but examples are not universal limits. TradeUltra's homepage also says clients can request changes in leverage limits. The 1:400 figure is therefore recorded as current FX marketing maximum, subject to entity, product, client classification and risk controls.
How can I change the Leverage on my TradeUltra Trading Account?
TradeUltra's current homepage explicitly tells clients they can minimize exposure by requesting a change in leverage limits. That is evidence a request can be made, not an entitlement to any specific ratio; margin/leverage remains subject to the serving entity's rules and TradeUltra's risk controls.
What kind of Spreads are offered by TradeUltra?
TradeUltra markets competitive/tight spreads, while the Labuan Client Agreement states quoted spreads can widen with market conditions and costs. No stable current public numeric minimum-spread table was verified, so no 'from X pips' claim is invented.
Does TradeUltra offer MAM Accounts or PAMM Accounts?
No current first-party MAM/PAMM programme with allocation logic, manager/investor roles, LPOA and fee terms was found in the reviewed source set. TradeUltra's references to portfolio managers, authorised third parties or partner arrangements are not relabelled as a retail MAM/PAMM product.
Does TradeUltra allow Expert Advisors?
Yes for the current Labuan contractual platform proposition. The Client Agreement expressly says clients may use Expert Advisors on MT4/MT5 and explains the associated algorithmic-trading risks. EA use remains subject to platform, improper-trading, latency and risk controls; it is not a guarantee that every strategy is accepted.
Does TradeUltra offer Copytrading?
No current first-party retail copy-trading service with leader rankings, copy-allocation controls and dedicated customer terms was verified in the reviewed source set. Expert Advisors and authorised-third-party access are different concepts and are not counted as copy trading.
