Kenya's Online Foreign Exchange Trading Regulations distinguish dealing and non-dealing online foreign-exchange brokers. The CMA's current register identifies the licensed category for each firm.
Regulation 19 of Kenya's Online Foreign Exchange Trading Regulations sets a maximum leverage ratio of 400 times the client's deposit; global leverage claims above 1:400 should not be carried over to a Kenyan CMA account without Kenya-specific evidence.
Broker availability is tracked separately from product form. 'Stocks', 'ETFs' or 'crypto' may be CFD exposure rather than ownership or custody of the underlying asset.
