Overview and safety
What is AIMS?
AIMS is a multi-asset forex and CFD broker established in 2015 whose current global legal documents identify Auric International Markets Limited in Labuan, Malaysia, while separate group entities operate under other jurisdictions
Labuan FSA currently lists Auric International Markets Limited as a money broker, matching AIMS’ global legal documents. Indonesia’s BAPPEBTI separately lists PT AIMS Indo Berjangka under licence 002/BAPPEBTI/SI/09/2025. A different Australian entity, Auric International Markets Pty Ltd, had AFS licence 430091 cancelled by ASIC effective 11 August 2025, so that former Australian licence must not be presented as current protection for the Labuan service.
What are the Pros of AIMS?
The main strengths are a current Labuan regulator-to-entity match, a separately licensed Indonesian operation, a low USD 50 Standard-account entry point, MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, 0.01-lot trading, MAM/PAMM managed-account infrastructure, AIMSXchange social trading and published bank/card/e-wallet funding support.
For active comparison purposes, the most important concrete advantages are the Standard account currently states a USD 50 minimum deposit, no trading commission and indicative EUR/USD pricing around 1.5–1.6 pips, while swap-free status can remove overnight interest on eligible instruments for a defined 10-day window and AIMS currently supports MT4 and MT5 across desktop, web and mobile; its MT5 material highlights more than 80 indicators/tools, trading signals and algorithmic trading, while AIMSXchange adds one-click social/copy trading.
What are the Cons of AIMS?
The main drawbacks are the Australian AFS licence of a separate AIMS entity was cancelled in August 2025 for compliance failures, the global Labuan account does not carry the same retail compensation framework as an FCA/CySEC account, and AIMS’ legal risk disclosures state that losses can exceed deposited capital and create a negative-balance obligation.
A prospective client should also account for jurisdiction differences: the Labuan global entity, Indonesian BAPPEBTI entity and former Australian company are separate legal entities. Account protections, leverage, available products and complaint routes depend on the entity actually named in the client agreement; AIMS also states that its global services are not intended for residents of the United States, Iran, North Korea or Syria.
What are the AIMS Current Promos?
AIMS did not show a universal deposit-matching bonus on the current Standard-account material checked for this audit. The visitor-facing value is instead its low-entry Standard account, partner rebates and campaign/event rewards, which should be treated separately from normal trading costs.
| Value area | Current fact | Visitor caveat |
|---|---|---|
| Standard account | USD 50 published minimum; commission-free pricing | Spread and financing still apply |
| Partner rebate | Tiered IB rebate programme | Partner compensation, not a retail fee reduction for every client |
| Client campaigns | AIMS has run event/reward campaigns including its 2026 car-reward programme | Campaign eligibility and dates are not permanent trading terms |
What are the AIMS Highlights?
Key 2026 highlights include 2015 establishment, current Labuan money-broker listing, BAPPEBTI licence 002/BAPPEBTI/SI/09/2025 in Indonesia, USD 50 Standard account, MT4/MT5, MAM/PAMM, AIMSXchange copy trading, bank/card/e-wallet funding and multiple 2026 broker awards. These are more useful than marketing slogans because they directly affect pricing, market access, platform capability or client protection.
What is the AIMS Origin Story?
AIMS states that it was established in 2015 and now describes a presence spanning more than 21 countries, with its current global contact address at Unit Level 9F(2), Main Office Tower, Financial Park Labuan, Jalan Merdeka, 87000 Labuan, Malaysia. Its current award timeline marks 2025 as the tenth anniversary and 2026 as its eleventh year of operation.
Is AIMS Legit and Trustworthy?
Yes, AIMS is an established legitimate financial-services provider. The strongest current trust evidence is the live Labuan FSA listing for Auric International Markets Limited and BAPPEBTI’s separate Indonesian licence. The main adverse regulatory fact is ASIC’s 2025 cancellation of AFS licence 430091 for the different Australian Auric International Markets Pty Ltd entity; users should not merge these records into one licence history.
That does not make every account equally protected; the Labuan global entity, Indonesian BAPPEBTI entity and former Australian company are separate legal entities. Account protections, leverage, available products and complaint routes depend on the entity actually named in the client agreement; AIMS also states that its global services are not intended for residents of the United States, Iran, North Korea or Syria.
Is AIMS Regulated and who are the Regulators?
AIMS is a multi-entity brokerage group, so regulation must be matched to the exact legal entity rather than the brand alone. The complete current statutory set verified in this review is: (1) Auric International Markets (AU) Pty Ltd — Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), AFSL 526125, current; (2) Auric International Markets Limited — Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA), money-broker licence MB/17/0017, current; (3) Auric International Market (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. — Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), derivatives-broker licence 035, current; and (4) PT AIMS INDO BERJANGKA, formerly PT Arjuna Perkasa Berjangka — Indonesia's BAPPEBTI, licence 002/BAPPEBTI/SI/09/2025, current. Geographic marketing references to other AIMS hubs are not treated as regulator relationships unless the exact authority, legal entity and current licence can be independently matched.
A separate AIMS-related Australian relationship is historical and remains visible as such. Auric International Markets Pty Ltd held AFSL 430091; ASIC states that it cancelled that licence effective 11 August 2025 after compliance failures. That entity is distinct from the current AFSL 526125 holder, Auric International Markets (AU) Pty Ltd, and the two licences must not be conflated.
Client protections differ materially by entity. BAPPEBTI publishes a designated segregated account for PT AIMS INDO BERJANGKA, and SERC's current intermediary information identifies a client cash account for the Cambodian entity. Current AIMS account material also states that client funds for the global service are held in segregated accounts. However, AIMS' January 2026 Negative Balance Policy for Auric International Markets Limited explicitly says clients can remain fully liable for deficits and negative balances, so negative-balance protection is not available on that global Labuan route. No statutory investor-compensation scheme was verified for the Labuan, Cambodian or Indonesian relationships in this review.
Country availability is separate from group regulation. Cambodia has a verified SERC-regulated local route with live account registration and approved CFD products. Indonesia now has a verified BAPPEBTI-regulated local route with an active account-opening flow and locally described commodity-futures products. Australia retains a current AFSL relationship, but a current Australia-specific AIMS retail onboarding route was not independently verified, so Australian broker availability remains unknown rather than inferred from the licence. For Belgium, no Belgium-specific legal entity or permitted onboarding route was verified; the FSMA also prohibits distribution to consumers of leveraged OTC CFDs and rolling-spot forex. No Belgian Open Account CTA is allowed.

Did AIMS win any Awards?
AIMS currently publishes several dated recognitions, which are marketing evidence rather than regulatory evidence.

What type of Forex Broker is AIMS?
AIMS describes its current execution model as STP: client trades are routed to external clearing/liquidity counterparties rather than manually handled through a dealing desk. The FAQ says scalping and high-frequency trading are supported and cites fast order routing; execution quality still depends on liquidity, slippage and the specific entity/account.
How do I get in Contact with AIMS?
AIMS publishes cs@aimsfx.com as its official support address and Unit Level 9F(2), Main Office Tower, Financial Park Labuan, Jalan Merdeka, 87000 Labuan, Malaysia as its global contact address. Its June 2026 impersonation notice specifically tells clients to use aimsfx.com and cs@aimsfx.com rather than lookalike sites or unsolicited payment instructions.
Where are the Headquarters from AIMS based?
The current global contact location is Unit Level 9F(2), Main Office Tower, Financial Park Labuan, Jalan Merdeka, Federal Territory of Labuan, 87000 Malaysia. AIMS also has separately regulated regional entities, so the contracting entity in the client agreement is more important for legal notices than the brand office alone.
What kind of Customer Support is offered by AIMS?
AIMS advertises multilingual 24/5 support during market hours. The official support email is cs@aimsfx.com; because AIMS reported impersonation attempts in June 2026, account and payment queries should stay inside aimsfx.com or the verified support channel.
Which Educational and Learning Materials are offered by AIMS?
AIMS provides market-overview material, economic-calendar content, platform guidance and FAQ material. MT5 adds integrated news/calendar and technical tools. These are useful broker-produced resources, but they should not be treated as independent investment advice.
Does AIMS hedge Positions?
AIMS states that hedging is allowed on live accounts and that it permits common active strategies including scalping. That does not mean the broker hedges each client trade one-for-one; the public execution description is STP routing to external liquidity/clearing counterparties.
Accounts and eligibility
Can anyone join AIMS?
AIMS requires account registration and verification and states that services are not intended for residents of the United States, Iran, North Korea and Syria. Swap-free status is reserved for clients of the Islamic faith who request it for religious reasons. MAM access is aimed at professional traders and investment firms authorised to manage client money.
Who should sign up with AIMS?
AIMS is best suited to active forex/CFD traders who want MT4/MT5, a USD 50 Standard account, social/copy trading or managed-account technology and who are comfortable with the Labuan regulatory framework applicable to the global service
Who should NOT sign up with AIMS?
AIMS is a weaker fit for clients who expect the former Australian AFS licence to remain active, need FCA/CySEC-style retail compensation protection, require guaranteed negative-balance protection or live in a jurisdiction that AIMS excludes from its global service
Does AIMS offer Discounts, Coupons, or Promo Codes?
AIMS’ public Introducing Broker programme is free to join and pays a fixed rebate per standard lot based on active referred clients: USD 7/lot for 1–10 active clients, USD 8 for 11–50, USD 9 for 51–80 and USD 10 for 81 or more. That is a partner commission structure rather than a universal retail spread discount.
Which Account Types are offered by AIMS?
The current retail focus is the Standard account plus swap-free/Islamic access, while AIMS also offers MAM/PAMM structures. The Standard page publishes a USD 50 minimum, 0.01-lot minimum and MT4/MT5 access. Managed MAM/PAMM arrangements have materially higher capital requirements and are not equivalent to an ordinary self-directed retail account.
How to Open a AIMS LIVE Account?
To open a live account, register through the current AIMS client onboarding flow, provide the required identity/contact information, select the relevant account and jurisdiction, complete verification and then fund the account using a supported method. The Standard-account page publishes USD 50 as the starting deposit, while managed MAM/PAMM structures have materially higher entry requirements. The broker must complete identity, residency and suitability/appropriateness checks before regulated products are enabled.
How to Open a AIMS DEMO account?
AIMS offers demo accounts for platform practice. Its FAQ describes a MetaTrader 4 demo account for learning the platform or testing strategies without real money, while the global site also promotes demo access alongside live-account opening. Demo performance is simulated and does not replicate slippage, funding or emotional constraints of live trading.
If I violate the Trading Objectives of AIMS do I get a second chance?
AIMS is not a proprietary-trading challenge, so there are no 'trading objectives' whose breach automatically terminates a funded challenge. Normal account restrictions instead come from margin rules, product permissions, suitability checks and the client agreement.
How Are You Protected as a Client at AIMS?
AIMS states that client deposits are kept in segregated accounts and that professional indemnity insurance is part of its protection framework. However, its legal risk material also says trading losses can exceed deposited funds and a negative balance can remain payable to the company. The global Labuan account therefore should not be described as having guaranteed retail negative-balance protection or an FCA/FSCS-style compensation scheme.
What are AIMS AML ID requirements?
AIMS applies account verification and AML controls through its onboarding and legal framework. Funding and withdrawals must use the verified client account and can be subject to additional identity/source-of-funds review. The broker’s impersonation notice also instructs clients not to send payments or personal information through unofficial websites, social media accounts or messages.
Deposits, withdrawals and fees
Which Deposit and Withdrawal options are available at AIMS?
AIMS currently supports bank transfer, payment cards and e-wallet routes and says it does not charge a deposit fee. The global site advertises 20 supported currencies and 15 funding methods; the actual menu, limits and external-provider charges depend on country, entity and the verified client portal.
Which Funding methods or Deposit Options are available at AIMS?
Current published funding categories are bank transfer, payment cards and popular e-wallets. AIMS says it charges no deposit fee, although banks/payment providers can impose their own charges. Regional AIMS pages also describe country-specific rails and STICPAY/card funding, which shows why the precise payment menu depends on residence and entity.
What is the Minimum Deposit Amount at AIMS?
The current AIMS Standard account page states a USD 50 minimum deposit. Managed-account products are different: the MAM/PAMM page requires the money manager to fund a live master account with at least USD 5,000 and requires at least two investors with a combined USD 5,000 before managed allocation begins.
Which Withdrawal methods are available at AIMS?
AIMS’ current deposit/withdrawal page groups withdrawals with bank transfers, cards and e-wallets and says payment options depend on the client’s region. It states that deposits are credited quickly and promotes withdrawals without hidden AIMS fees, while external banks or payment providers can still charge their own fees or impose processing time.
How can I Withdraw Money from AIMS Step by Step?
Withdrawals are requested through the authenticated AIMS account environment using an available verified payment method. The exact rail depends on region and prior funding setup; identity/payment ownership checks can apply before release. AIMS’ official-channel notice makes clear that clients should transact only through aimsfx.com and verified account channels rather than payment instructions sent by third parties.
Does AIMS Payout?
AIMS is a leveraged trading broker, so there is no fixed payout percentage. Withdrawable amounts depend on realised trading results, free margin, verification and the payment method. Managed MAM/PAMM investors retain capital in their own sub-accounts while results are allocated by the management model, and AIMSXchange followers can pause or stop copied strategies through the social-trading interface.
Which Fees are charged by AIMS?
The Standard account is published as commission-free, so the principal trading costs are the variable spread and overnight financing where applicable. Current AIMS material shows indicative EUR/USD pricing around 1.5–1.6 pips; visitors should compare the live spread, swap and any payment-provider charges rather than relying on a headline 'no commission' claim.
Trading conditions and platforms
What can I trade with AIMS?
AIMS currently advertises forex currency pairs, global share CFDs, fractional shares, stock indices, metals and commodities. The homepage also displays crypto symbols such as BTC/USD among its market quotes. Exact instrument access is jurisdiction- and account-dependent, and the global site expressly excludes some countries.
Which Trading Platforms are offered by AIMS?
AIMS currently supports MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 on desktop, web and mobile. Its MT5 material advertises more than 80 analysis tools, multiple order types, signals and Expert Advisor automation. The separate AIMSXchange platform provides social/copy trading with live leaderboards, one-click following and the ability to pause or stop copied strategies.
Which Trading Instruments are offered by AIMS?
The broker’s current product navigation includes major/minor/exotic forex, global share CFDs, fractional shares, stock indices, precious metals and commodities. The homepage also streams symbols for oil, natural gas, major indices, large-cap shares and BTC/USD. Contract size, leverage and trading hours vary by symbol and legal entity.
Which Trading Servers are offered by AIMS?
AIMS’ FAQ tells MT4 users to select the AIMS live or demo server supplied during registration and explains that choosing the wrong server can cause authorisation failures. The broker sends the relevant login/server details after account creation; exact current server labels can differ by platform/account environment, so users should use the credentials supplied inside the verified AIMS onboarding process.
Which are the Base Currencies supported by AIMS?
The current global homepage says AIMS supports 20 currencies for funding, but the Standard-account page does not publish one definitive list of trading-account base currencies. Regional payment material shows a much broader set of deposit currencies through specific processors. Because deposit currency and account base currency are different concepts, this review does not invent a universal trading-account currency list that AIMS does not currently publish on the global account specification.
Can I trade Crypto with AIMS? Which crypto currencies are supported by AIMS?
AIMS’ current global homepage includes BTC/USD among its quoted trading markets, and regional material markets crypto exposure alongside other leveraged products. Availability is jurisdiction-specific. Where crypto is offered through the broker’s CFD/derivative environment, it represents price exposure rather than a transferable on-chain wallet balance unless a product document explicitly states otherwise.
What is the Leverage on my AIMS Trading Account?
AIMS publishes inconsistent maximums across current pages: the Standard-account page advertises leverage up to 1:500, while the current FAQ says live-account leverage ranges from 1:1 to 1:400 and defaults to 1:100. The practical limit therefore must be confirmed for the client’s account/entity rather than quoting one figure as universally applicable.
How can I change the Leverage on my AIMS Trading Account?
Yes. AIMS’ current FAQ says live-account leverage defaults to 1:100 and can be changed. It describes two routes: email cs@aimsfx.com with username/account number for assistance, and an account-area workflow where the trader opens the MT4 account management screen, selects Change Leverage and confirms the new ratio. Available choices remain constrained by account/entity rules.
What kind of Spreads are offered by AIMS?
The current Standard-account page publishes indicative EUR/USD spreads around 1.5–1.6 pips and describes the account as commission-free. These are variable indications rather than guaranteed execution spreads. Spread conditions can widen with liquidity and volatility, so users should compare the live MT4/MT5 quote and any applicable commission/financing cost before trading.
Does AIMS offer MAM Accounts or PAMM Accounts?
Yes. AIMS currently offers MAM and PAMM infrastructure for managed-account use. Its MAM material describes MT4 integration, master/sub-account allocation and a USD 5,000 manager master-account threshold plus at least two linked investors with USD 5,000 combined investment before allocation begins.
Does AIMS allow Expert Advisors?
Yes. MT4 and MT5 support Expert Advisors/algorithmic trading. Automated strategies remain subject to margin, platform uptime, execution and any account/entity restrictions.
Does AIMS offer Copytrading?
Yes. AIMSXchange is AIMS' social/copy-trading product, with trader leaderboards, one-click following and controls to pause or stop copied strategies. It is distinct from the professional MAM/PAMM managed-account infrastructure.
