Overview and safety
What is ForexMart?
ForexMart is a Cyprus-regulated forex and CFD broker operated by Instant Trading EU Ltd, company registration HE266937. CySEC lists the company as an active Cyprus Investment Firm under licence 266/15, approved on 13 January 2015, and ForexMart currently offers leveraged trading through MetaTrader 4.
What are the Pros of ForexMart?
ForexMart’s strongest verified features are an active CySEC licence, segregated client funds, retail negative-balance protection, Investor Compensation Fund eligibility up to EUR20,000 for qualifying retail clients, MT4, demo trading and a live CopyTrade service. The current Basic account is commission-free and uses market execution.
What are the Cons of ForexMart?
ForexMart has a relatively narrow platform range because the current retail offer centres on MT4 rather than MT5, cTrader or TradingView. Its published Basic fixed spread starts from 4 pips, while the lower-spread Gold and Platinum accounts require unusually high deposits of EUR300,000 and EUR1,000,000 respectively.
What are the ForexMart Current Promos?
ForexMart EU currently displays a signup message stating eligible clients can receive up to USD 300. Visitors should read the live campaign terms before depositing and should not assume historical ForexMart.com bonuses apply to the CySEC account.
What are the ForexMart Highlights?
Current ForexMart highlights include CySEC licence 266/15, a EUR200 published minimum for the Basic account, fixed spreads from 4 pips on Basic, 2 pips on Gold and 1.5 pips on Platinum, no trading commission on those three forex account types, MT4, 0.01-lot minimum trades, market execution and CopyTrade.
What is the ForexMart Origin Story?
Instant Trading EU Ltd was authorised by CySEC on 13 January 2015 under CIF licence 266/15. CySEC records company registration number 266937 and previous company names including Tradomart Ltd and Fxco Trading Ltd. ForexMart’s own site carries the ForexMart brand and a 2015–2026 copyright notice; I did not find a verified founder biography in the regulator record or current corporate pages.
Is ForexMart Legit and Trustworthy?
ForexMart is a legitimate regulated broker in the sense that Instant Trading EU Ltd is currently listed by CySEC as an authorised Cyprus Investment Firm under licence 266/15 and forexmart.eu is associated with that regulated operation. Trust protections include segregation and retail ICF coverage, but CFD trading remains leveraged and account protections change if a client elects professional status.
Is ForexMart Regulated and who are the Regulators?
ForexMart has one current regulated investment-firm relationship that we can verify directly, plus a separate current global company/domain that must not inherit that licence.
- Instant Trading EU Ltd — Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), CIF licence 266/15, Cyprus, company HE 266937. CySEC's live register confirms the company and licence. ForexMart's current EU site states that Instant Trading EU Ltd operates forexmart.eu under the ForexMart brand. The company is a member of the Cyprus Investor Compensation Fund, with compensation up to EUR 20,000 for eligible covered claims; it states that client funds are segregated from company assets; and its retail service provides negative-balance protection, while professional clients can lose that protection.
The separate forexmart.com site is currently operated by Tradomart SV Ltd, which discloses Saint Vincent and the Grenadines registration number 23071, IBC 2015. That is a company-registration relationship, not evidence of a current regulated retail forex/CFD investment-firm licence. ForexBrokersInfo therefore records Tradomart SV Ltd in the legal-entity inventory but does not add an SVG regulator row or transfer CySEC 266/15 to forexmart.com. ForexMart's own EU disclaimer confirms that Instant Trading EU Ltd operates the EU brand/site and that other companies may operate the ForexMart brand in other jurisdictions using other websites.
For Belgium, CySEC authorisation alone is not treated as proof that the retail product is available. We did not verify a current Belgium-specific account-opening statement for ForexMart EU. The current retail service is centred on leveraged OTC forex/CFD products, and Belgium's FSMA prohibits distribution of leveraged OTC CFDs and rolling-spot forex to consumers. Broker availability is therefore marked unknown for Belgium, while retail forex/CFD availability is unavailable. No Belgian Open Account CTA is shown.

Did ForexMart win any Awards?
No sufficiently current dated 2026 award table was verified on the regulated EU site. The review therefore does not use undated award claims to increase the score; licence, entity, pricing and client-protection evidence carry more weight.
What type of Forex Broker is ForexMart?
ForexMart is an OTC forex and CFD broker. Its Basic, Gold and Platinum account table states Market Execution, while the company says client funds are segregated and that Instant Trading EU Ltd does not engage in proprietary trading. The legal relationship remains with the Cyprus investment firm rather than with an exchange on which the retail client directly owns the underlying asset.
How do I get in Contact with ForexMart?
ForexMart EU publishes support@forexmart.eu, +357 25 057 236, live chat, Telegram, Messenger, Viber and WhatsApp. Support hours are 08:00–17:00 UTC+02. Address: Spetson 23A, Leda Court, Block B, Office B203, 4000 Mesa Geitonia, Limassol, Cyprus.
Where are the Headquarters from ForexMart based?
Forexmart should not be treated as one global legal entity unless the client agreement proves it.
| What to check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Legal counterparty | Use the legal entity and registered office in the client agreement, not only the public brand name. |
| Regulator record | Regulation must be checked against the exact legal entity and account agreement. |
| Country restrictions | Do not assume availability from a global homepage or affiliate page. |
What kind of Customer Support is offered by ForexMart?
Support quality should be judged by KYC, payment and complaint handling rather than sales responsiveness.
| Support test | What a visitor should ask |
|---|---|
| KYC | Which documents are required and how long approval normally takes. |
| Funding | Which methods are supported for the exact country and entity. |
| Withdrawals | Method, minimum, fee, processing time and return-to-source rule. |
| Complaints | Which legal entity receives the complaint and which regulator/dispute body applies. |
Which Educational and Learning Materials are offered by ForexMart?
ForexMart provides platform/trading guidance and knowledge material. It can help users learn MT4 and market basics, but broker-produced education is not independent investment advice.
Does ForexMart hedge Positions?
Instant Trading EU Ltd says client funds are segregated and that it is not engaged in proprietary trading. The exact order-routing mechanics still depend on the execution policy; the review does not infer universal ECN or one-for-one external hedging.
Accounts and eligibility
Can anyone join ForexMart?
A CySEC authorisation does not override Belgian product-intervention rules. Leveraged OTC CFDs and rolling-spot forex distributed electronically to Belgian consumers are restricted, so no Belgian Open Account CTA should be shown for this route without explicit lawful product evidence.
Who should sign up with ForexMart?
ForexMart is best suited to retail forex/CFD traders who specifically want a CySEC-regulated MT4 broker, fixed-spread account choices, small 0.01-lot trade sizes and access to the broker’s CopyTrade network. The Basic account is the practical retail entry tier because its currently published minimum deposit is EUR200.
Who should NOT sign up with ForexMart?
ForexMart is a weaker fit for traders who require MT5, cTrader or TradingView, or who want raw-spread institutional-style pricing at an ordinary retail deposit. The current Basic spread begins at 4 pips, while Gold and Platinum lower that headline spread only with EUR300,000 and EUR1,000,000 minimum deposits.
Does ForexMart offer Discounts, Coupons, or Promo Codes?
The current ForexMart homepage advertises eligibility for a sign-up benefit of up to USD300. I did not verify a separate current retail coupon code, cashback tier or VIP rebate schedule on the homepage, account table, FAQ or legal pages as of 31 August 2026, so no additional discount percentage or promo code is stated here.
Which Account Types are offered by ForexMart?
ForexMart EU offers live/demo leveraged forex and CFD access through Instant Trading EU Ltd and is MetaTrader 4 focused. Current account variants and commercial minimums should be taken from the live forexmart.eu onboarding flow rather than old global account tables.
How to Open a ForexMart LIVE Account?
To open a ForexMart live account, register through forexmart.eu, choose a trading account, provide the required personal information and complete verification. ForexMart asks for a colour identity document and proof of residential address; documents can be uploaded in the Client Cabinet, and the verification page says a response is normally sent within 24 hours.
How to Open a ForexMart DEMO account?
ForexMart offers demo trading and explicitly invites users to try a demo before using real money. The demo uses the same MT4-oriented environment for practice, while the FAQ explains switching between real and demo accounts. Demo funds and simulated execution do not create a live contractual investment account with Instant Trading EU Ltd.
If I violate the Trading Objectives of ForexMart do I get a second chance?
ForexMart is a conventional regulated forex/CFD broker rather than a proprietary-trading challenge firm, so there is no profit target, maximum-daily-loss challenge or evaluation phase to pass. Live trading is instead governed by account margin, leverage, execution and client-agreement rules for the Basic, Gold or Platinum account selected.
How Are You Protected as a Client at ForexMart?
ForexMart states that client money is fully segregated from the company’s own assets and provides negative-balance protection to retail clients. Qualifying individual retail clients are eligible for Cyprus Investor Compensation Fund protection up to EUR20,000; ForexMart’s professional-client page expressly states that professional clients lose that compensation-fund eligibility.
What are ForexMart AML ID requirements?
ForexMart KYC requires a valid identity document and proof of residential address. The verification page says the proof of residence must generally be issued within the previous six months and that the application name/address must match the documents. The current Terms also require the firm to be satisfied that incoming funds come from the client or an authorised representative.
Deposits, withdrawals and fees
Which Deposit and Withdrawal options are available at ForexMart?
Deposits and withdrawals should be initiated through the authenticated forexmart.eu account in the client’s own name. KYC, finance and payment-source controls can affect processing and return-to-source routing.
Which Funding methods or Deposit Options are available at ForexMart?
ForexMart’s current payment documentation includes SEPA/SWIFT bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller, Visa/Mastercard processing and additional regional online-payment methods. The live deposit page says ForexMart does not charge deposit fees and reimburses qualifying deposit costs, although payment providers may impose their own charges and some methods are unavailable in certain regions.
What is the Minimum Deposit Amount at ForexMart?
ForexMart publishes two different minimum-deposit concepts. Its current account table requires EUR200 for Basic, EUR300,000 for Gold and EUR1,000,000 for Platinum. Separately, the FAQ says the platform is technically capable of accepting a minimum deposit of USD1/EUR1, but warns that the client still needs enough funds to meet margin requirements. For opening the current Basic product, EUR200 is the relevant published account minimum.
Which Withdrawal methods are available at ForexMart?
ForexMart withdrawal methods follow the funded payment route and include bank-transfer and electronic-payment channels shown on its current payment documentation. The FAQ states that money cannot be withdrawn to a different bank account: AML rules require withdrawal through the same method that supplied the deposit and to the account holder’s name.
How can I Withdraw Money from ForexMart Step by Step?
A ForexMart client requests a withdrawal in the Client Cabinet, selects an available payment method and completes any required verification. The FAQ says there is no broker-imposed minimum withdrawal amount, while the Terms require same-method/ownership controls. The payment page publishes processing targets that vary by rail, including many electronic withdrawals within about 24 hours and bank transfers subject to longer settlement.
Does ForexMart Payout?
ForexMart is not a fixed-return or scheduled-payout service. A client can request withdrawal of available trading-account funds, and the FAQ says there is no minimum amount that must remain solely to make a withdrawal request. Actual withdrawable equity still depends on open positions, margin requirements, verified ownership and the selected payment rail.
Which Fees are charged by ForexMart?
Pricing is instrument/account specific on the regulated EU service. This review intentionally does not recycle old global zero-spread or high-leverage claims; verify current spread, swap and any commission on forexmart.eu before trading.
Trading conditions and platforms
What can I trade with ForexMart?
ForexMart offers leveraged CFDs across forex, shares, spot metals, cryptocurrencies, energy products, stock indices, ETFs and commodities. The current site advertises more than 100 trading instruments. These are primarily derivative positions through the Cyprus investment firm rather than direct exchange ownership of the underlying shares, crypto coins or commodities.
Which Trading Platforms are offered by ForexMart?
ForexMart EU states that it uses MetaTrader 4. MT4 supports desktop/mobile trading and Expert Advisors; product permissions remain tied to Instant Trading EU Ltd and the client’s residence.
Which Trading Instruments are offered by ForexMart?
The current ForexMart financial-instruments menu covers currency pairs, stock CFDs, spot metals, cryptocurrency CFDs, energy CFDs, indices, ETFs and commodities. Contract details vary by asset; examples on the instrument tables include retail leverage up to 1:30 on eligible forex pairs, 1:20 on gold and 1:10 on silver.
Which Trading Servers are offered by ForexMart?
ForexMart’s current FAQ publishes the MT4 trading-server address as http://real.forexmart.com:443 and instructs users who lose their login details to contact support@forexmart.eu. That is the concrete server connection information published by the broker; clients should use credentials assigned to their own verified trading account.
Which are the Base Currencies supported by ForexMart?
The current ForexMart account-type page lists EUR, USD and CZK as the trading-account currencies for Basic, Gold and Platinum accounts. An older/current FAQ entry still mentions USD, EUR and GBP, so there is an inconsistency across the broker’s own pages; for a new account, the account-type table is the more specific current product specification and is therefore used here.
Can I trade Crypto with ForexMart? Which crypto currencies are supported by ForexMart?
ForexMart currently offers cryptocurrency CFDs rather than wallet-deliverable coin ownership. The live website displays crypto markets including Ethereum, Litecoin and Ripple, and the financial-instruments section includes cryptocurrencies as a trading category. Availability, leverage and contract specifications are controlled by the Cyprus CFD product rules and the symbol list in MT4.
What is the Leverage on my ForexMart Trading Account?
ForexMart retail leverage is capped by European/CySEC CFD rules, with the site showing up to 1:30 for eligible major forex exposure and lower limits for other asset classes such as metals, indices, commodities and shares. Elective professional clients can receive materially higher forex leverage; ForexMart publishes a tiered professional schedule reaching 1:500 on major/cross FX for the lowest deposit band.
How can I change the Leverage on my ForexMart Trading Account?
A ForexMart retail client cannot simply raise leverage above the regulatory cap. Higher leverage requires eligibility for professional-client classification, and ForexMart says a professional client can also request lower leverage for particular products or transactions. The professional schedule varies leverage by asset class and deposit/equity band rather than offering one universal setting.
What kind of Spreads are offered by ForexMart?
ForexMart currently uses fixed spreads on its three published account types: Basic from 4 pips, Gold from 2 pips and Platinum from 1.5 pips. Those are broker-published minimums rather than measured all-day averages. The account table shows no forex commission on those tiers, so spread width is the principal quoted transaction cost for standard forex trading.
Does ForexMart offer MAM Accounts or PAMM Accounts?
I could not verify a current ForexMart MAM or PAMM managed-account product as of 31 August 2026. I checked the current account-types page, FAQ, About page and the broker’s active CopyTrade section; ForexMart clearly offers CopyTrade, but those authoritative pages did not publish a separate MAM/PAMM account or allocation-manager service.
Does ForexMart allow Expert Advisors?
ForexMart uses MetaTrader 4 and its glossary describes Expert Advisors as automated scripts that can manage positions and orders, but I did not find a current ForexMart account rule explicitly stating that EAs are permitted for live accounts. The specific sources checked were the MT4/home page, current account table, FAQ and glossary, so automated-trading permission is not asserted beyond what those pages verify.
Does ForexMart offer Copytrading?
Yes. ForexMart currently operates a CopyTrade service in which an investor selects one or more traders and the system copies the selected trader’s transactions in real time. Traders can also create projects and set their own copying conditions, with the service describing commission income from subscribers for strategy providers.
